Inaccurate and misleading. A Google search indicated that there is a free $25 sign-up bonus. When I went to the company website, there was also an indicator at the top of their webpage for $25 sign-up bonus. Therefore, I signed up got verified and asked customer support via live chat how to redeem the sign-up bonus. I was told that it was a Google ads promotion and I was not eligible. Which doesn’t make sense because their webpage also indicated a $25 bonus. I don’t know how these companies can advertise something on Google and on their main webpage and not be held accountable

Spritz’s bill pay service is phenomenal! I have been using them weekly for a little over two months and have always had my bills paid within 3-4 days, including a weekend. I think that is pretty amazing for something that is secure and private with a reasonable fee. I contacted support for not receiving an immediate confirmation and it was resolved right away. I have confidence in Spritz and I look forward to using their other features.
They put up a great front. I really appreciate that they exist, but they don't put enough resources into customer service and allowing users to have better financial services than are provided elsewhere. what im saying is they talk a lot and yet i have had numerous occasions in which one of the "pre-paid" visa's didnt work while making purchases. recently i was completely closed out of a pre-paid debit that still has 67$ on it. What we know about those digital debits is that if i dont use it i will loose it. So now i have 67$ trapped on a digital card that gets declined at 100% of places so pretty much ive lost around 67$ with them and successfully transfered around 5k.... do the math. if they loose around 1.5% of my money... thats not a solid finaicail organization. they could have made that from me in fees if they actually supplied us with a realistic financial enviornment. It "works" sometimes though so i give them 2 stars.
