Never heard of them and there was an offer for $25 for signing up. Signed up connected my to make a transfer and there web site says there's nothing in my wallet.Then they continue to email me after hitting unsubscribe a bunch of times. To whoever responds, sorry doesn't mean anything. It's not going to get you my business. Instead of being sorry do what you say and maybe you will have more customers....
I’ve unsubscribed from this company’s marketing emails 4 times in the last year and keep getting emails. At this point I’ve reported the company to the FTC. My partner and a friend have all had the same experience with emails for this company and have each filed reports with the FTC too.
I would say, spritz is a complete joke. Customer service was subpar at best. Um, when they did finally return my queries, they explained that I had about 17 minutes left, and they would walk me through it. Then they so much as laughed at me when I said i'm sorry, but I don't have time to right now. The last email that I read, I had to laugh because they said even though the sign on bonus had expired that I should look into the. Referral bonus program. Yeah, 'cause that's what I want to do after my experience is send my friends their way. I don't even think I would send an enemy there for torture. Every time I tried to use their bonus, no matter how I did it, it would say that I didn't have enough funds to cover it. There was a link i was supposedtouse to approve the transaction. And when I'd click on that, I got an "oops. This page doesn't exist"when I brought this to customer service, they just ignored it, and didn't even give me a response. If there was a lot of a lower score then one star, I would have definitely given it to them. Ya i had 71 and 3/4 hours with out and support. When I first reached out to them they had a message that said be back in a few hours. That then with no return changed to will return tomorrow. Haha. There goes roughly 24 of 72 long story short when I finally got in touch with someone I was just headed out the door for a prior obligation. I explained that I didn't have time now and it would have been nice to have help the 3 days while I struggled alone on with no support staff to assist and help links that said opps this had moved or such language, which obviously, is no help at all. If they really wanted to give out an incentive bonus. They'd probably time frame it. Bye. We will give you 72 hours while our offices are open instead of 72 hours over the weekend with no one home.
The support team at Spritz are phenomenal - I had accidently wired funds to a wrong account number and they were able to immediately recall the transaction, recovering the entire funds back to my account in less than a week. Kudos to Ley for the continued support and communication!
I’m not so happy with the customer service I received. I got the 25 dollar bonus but didn’t know I needed to use it right away. I kept getting emails and the day I got the last day you have 12 hours to use your bonus I tried to use the bonus and it was gone. They informed me that they had changed it to 72 hours. I understand if it’s 72 hours that’s fine but the fact that I received 3 or 4 emails about the bonus after the 72 hours. They should’ve been more upfront about the time frame or not send out emails if they won’t stand by the email. It’s less about the $25 and more about the principle I work in the oilfield and if a salesman sends out an email or gives a wrong price we have to stand by that just because it’s the right thing to do.
So look I had all kinds of trouble at the beginning trying to load my card and it was simply pilot error, when I got a hold of customer support they were freaking amazing and walked me through every step and I got my $25 bonus and all is good
