Lack of customer support

There is a complete lack of customer support. If something goes wrong with your order, good luck trying to reach them through phone or email, as no one will respond. It feels like dealing with a poor budget airline. It's a shame for a well-known brand.

The customer support is nearly non-existent. If you encounter any issues with your order, don't expect to reach them via phone or email; there are no responses. It feels akin to dealing with a low-cost airline. Quite disappointing for a well-known company.

Fantastic stadium tour experience

I received a wonderful Christmas gift of a stadium tour, which I enjoyed today. It was an amazing experience. The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and easy to engage with, answering all questions without rushing us. I would definitely do this again. Thank you for a great day!

Very disappointing retail experience

This is the most disappointing retail experience I've ever had. There are double standards. When I requested a product, they recommended their own brand and pushed it positively to persuade me to buy. When a problem arose, they blamed it on wear and tear, refusing to repair or replace it. I bought a winter jacket a year ago, and now the zipper is faulty. Their claim is that it's my fault for using it improperly, not a quality issue. Be cautious when considering their brands.

Order issues with no updates

I placed an order for a towel on 9/1. Now it's 9/23, and I still haven't received any updates. I've sent multiple emails, as the only notice I got from the shipping service was that a label was printed, and they are waiting for the item to ship. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. If the company sees this, feel free to reach out; you have my email.

Frustrating return process

It is impossible to complete a return properly. Additionally, the shoe package is delivered in an excessively tight plastic bag, making it nearly impossible to remove the shoe box and equally difficult to place it back in. What a frustrating experience. Never again.

Unpleasant return experience

I was wrongly and rudely accused of having used the shoes I wanted to return outside. Avoid trying on shoes in their store if you think you might return them; dirt can easily get stuck under the shoes. Thankfully, the staff eventually recognized that dirt from their store can cling to shoes. I won't be returning.

Concerns about product authenticity

The shoes do not appear to be genuine. They fell apart within a year despite careful use. The price was also considerable. When I attempted to discuss this, I was told they weren't responsible for repairs, despite the warranty. If I purchased from the store, they should handle issues with the brand. I'm quite disappointed.

Poor skate sharpening experience

I had to visit three different shops after the first provided incorrect information about whether the skates needed sharpening. The second shop's staff seemed clueless about the process, which left me very frustrated.

Terrible ordering experience

This company is terrible for placing orders. If you have to buy something, go to the physical store instead. I returned an item over a month ago and have had no way to follow up; this company is a scam. Customer service is abysmal. The chatbot is useless, and emails go unanswered. I waited two hours on the phone and couldn't connect with anyone. They never inform you of your queue number or wait time, which is highly unprofessional. They are completely unreachable and inefficient. It's a total waste of time; consider other options.
