This was while traveling from Fleming Island to Leesburg Fl which is 2 /2 1/2 hours from my home the Circle K was on 441 between Ocala n Leesburg Store address 14870 on 441 I went in the store to pay cash for gas $20 n was told to put the 20 in this slot machine in front of the register which I did - told the cashier the pump # /pump 10/11 No receipt was given to proved I paid but yet the machine took my money n cashier insisted she couldn’t not find the payment was received on her end but yet she was the one that instructed me what to do - imagine that you pay for gas they watch you put the money in that little slot but they have no record n you have no receipt! I don’t like using CARDS or pay at the pump because of this reason especially traveling I was almost on empty even though she made an attempt to find that payment she didn’t which really made the whole thing seem more like a BS story she even tried to contact her boss who was conveniently unavailable…. My advice to travelers STAY AWAY n AVOID this circle K. I remember there was a time when Circle K was the gas station I would go this reminded me why I no longer do. I have heard stories from friends n other travelers but this was a first for me - I will now be one of those stores to others….

I am submitting this complaint regarding the conduct of the sole employee working at Circle K Store #4703653 during the early morning hours of February 4, 2026. I was parked correctly when I entered the store, yet as I approached the self‑checkout, the employee abruptly grabbed my items out of my hands and demanded that I move my vehicle. I informed her that I was parked properly, but she continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and hostile manner.
When I returned to request the corporate phone number to report the incident, she became even more disrespectful and refused to provide it. What concerned me even more was the clear difference in how she interacted with customers. I observed her treating customers of color with hostility and disrespect, while greeting and assisting white customers politely and professionally.
This type of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that serves the public. No customer should be treated differently based on their race or appearance. As someone who works professionally in corporate environments, I found her conduct far below the standards expected of any employee representing a national brand.
I also recorded the interaction for documentation purposes.
I am requesting that Circle K leadership review this incident, address the employee’s behavior, and ensure that this location upholds the company’s standards for customer service, professionalism, and nondiscrimination. No customer should have to experience this type of treatment.

When I asked the clerk inside to contact the authorities, he refused, stating that police presence would deter customers. As a long-time patron, I would prefer police intervention over the risk posed by unpredictable individuals near the store. The clerk's lack of action was disappointing. Given the area's high crime rates, this situation feels unsafe. I won't support this establishment again until they prioritize customer safety. I've reported the incident to the authorities and contacted the regional office. I will also advise others to reconsider their visits, as safety should be a priority.

There is an employee at a location who is the most rude person I have ever encountered. After paying for my gas, my motorcycle couldn't hold it all, and I went inside to ask for my change nicely. The man finally gave it to me but started cursing and telling me to leave the store in front of other customers, even threatening me over 94 cents. I will not return to this place as long as he is still employed, and I hope management takes notice of this review as he seems unstable.
At the truck stop location, I informed a staff member on New Year's Day about the lack of soap in the men's bathroom, but the response was dismissive. The staff member suggested I wash my hands at a sink where food is also washed, which I found unacceptable. The next morning, I returned to find the soap issue unresolved, with dispensers scattered around the bathroom. There is a sign about handwashing, but clearly, it is not being enforced.
I've started visiting a location regularly thanks to a wonderful cashier. She has a warm and polite demeanor that truly brightens my day. Her positive presence makes such a difference. I appreciate the company for hiring such a remarkable employee, and I look forward to returning to this store.
An employee at the store was unhelpful when I requested assistance, despite being the only one present. As someone in a wheelchair, I found this lack of support concerning. The policy should ensure that all customers receive help regardless of their situation.
