Highly reccomend. Very professional and respectful of the house while undertaking the work, found a solution to meet our budget and went above and beyond expectations. Had no troubles since install. New boiler is working a treat, house feels brand new.
Second time we’ve had work carried out by Garry & his son. Garry explained everything that he was doing before and after and in a way that we could/would understand. Garry was very prompt and we received regular communication prior to the appt scheduled. He also explained everything well and we received detailed email information about the service carried out. A new central heating wireless control was required and he was able to discuss different options to suit our budget. Overall very pleased with the service provided.
Outstanding service from start to finishI recently had my boiler replaced by Stark Heating & Gas Ltd and couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided.The response time to inspect the issue with my previous boiler was exceptionally quick (2 hours after calling) and the diagnosis was clear and professional. Once it was agreed that a replacement boiler was required, I was genuinely surprised at how competitive the costs were for both the supply and installation.Additional work was needed on my flue, which was fully included in the scope. Despite requiring involvement from a third party, Garry managed every aspect of the replacement seamlessly. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed of progress, which made the experience straightforward and stress-free.The new boiler was fitted in a clean and tidy manner, with real care taken in the workmanship.
