Thank you to the team for taking my wife and her friends to a theatre event in the city and being a fantastic part of a wonderful day. The communication was excellent throughout, and the driver was top-notch. One of our friends is wheelchair-bound, and they had no issues accommodating her when others had shown disinterest. They arrived promptly, and the vehicle made a great impression. The driver made extra stops on the way home to drop people off at their hotels. Overall, an outstanding service. Highly recommended!
We have used this service a couple of times, with our first experience being much better. Honestly, the driver negatively impacted the day; he was abrupt and rude, which was unnecessary. Previously, we had a fantastic driver who was very attentive. Unfortunately, this time, it felt like the representative just wanted to finish the job. We won't be using this service again due to this experience.

I booked a party bus with Starlite Limos for a friend’s hen do. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. Even shifting times about nearer the day to accommodate. The driver kept me informed prior to pick up and put up with our terrible singing! And got us all home safely with a couple of extra drop off stops on the way home. Everyone had a good time. I booked this as a surprise for my friends after a show. It was amazing, so much fun! The company were easy to deal with and the staff were helpful and friendly. The driver kept me informed about pick up times etc, very reliable. The price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!
I cannot recommend Starlite enough - the team were so lovely to deal with. Jeannette was extremely helpful when making the initial booking and our driver, Patrick, was incredible on the night. Our party bus arrived on time, our driver maintained contact prior pick-up and throughout our evening and truly made our experience even better. Would highly recommend reaching out to the team if you're looking to hire a limo/party bus. We had the 24-Seater Party Bus and they took us from North London to Southend and back for a stag for a very reasonable price and even provided complimentary bubbly and soft drinks. Would definitely use again!
