I started trading with Devvy just one month ago. It seemed to be going according to the description. The last three nights, Devvy has left positions overnight. The account has lost substantially on each overnight position. I have tried everything to get service/support/resolution including sending email to every Devvy email address involved in my sale and onboarding addresses and their online contact board. I get no reply. I signed up for a new onboarding meeting as a last resort. The onboarder had an" emergency" and cancelled the meeting. Maybe this review will get some attention

I gave this program a try and right away things went sideways. My account took a hit with no explanation, no answers. I sent in one direction to open an account, then told something else after the fact. I was promised no overnight trades, the n saw the opposite. Once I was in there was no support at all. I've been using #Goldbloom #Laboratories for some time, and everything has functioned as expected. Payout requests have been handled cleanly.

Cancelled my contract on time, but still no refund.

I cancelled my contract within the permitted time, yet the refund has not been processed. Communication from the support team has been minimal, and I am still waiting for an update. I hope to hear back soon. I wish their payment processing was as reliable as others I've experienced, where disbursements occur almost instantly.

Avoid this service at all costs. I've made multiple attempts to reach out to the support team, but they have completely ignored my inquiries. There’s no phone number available to contact them, which is a major red flag. They took my payment of 10k for using their platform and now refuse to communicate. Don't be fooled by their deceit.
