My experience has been smooth, when I have had problems Cyrus has been on hand with Sarah to help me sort issues.I’ve been trading for 8+ years and I’ll be honest. Every broker has issues at times and problems,It’s about how they are dealt with and in myOpinion Star trader are more responsive then other brokers I’ve worked with in the past.
I am a registered user on Startrader with account number 18963499. I started using this broker a short time ago but I regret using it.I regret not reading the ratings and reviews given to this broker on TRUSTPILOT before working with this company.I deposited $100 into my account. And based on my analysis, I opened a trade with a volume of 0.09 lots on the XAUUSD quote and waited patiently. My analysis was correct and it took the TP I had set. I made a profit of $140 from this transaction. Then I applied to withdraw my money, that is, $100, through the credit debit card I deposited, and the profit of $140 through the crypto network. My two withdrawal requests were not processed. 2 days later I received the following message"Dear Customer,We are writing to notify you that we have identified suspicious and/or high-risk trading activities on your trading account.We have valid reasons to believe that some of your trading activities constitute suspicious trading activity, as defined in the Client Agreement, at the same time, your trading activities also violated the terms and conditions of the promotion.In accordance with Section 1.4.b.v of the Client Agreement and the terms and conditions of the promotion, the Company, at its discretion, is authorized to take any necessary actions it deems appropriate, as such practices are neither encouraged nor tolerated.We want to make it clear that we reserve the right to take immediate action, which may include the termination of your trading account.Such actions would be carried out without any additional notice, and any accrued profits will be subsequently cancelled.We will remove the account's credit from participating in the promotion generated from the high-risk trading based on the terms of the promotion.If you have any inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your cooperation in maintaining a fair and compliant trading environment is highly appreciated.Best regards,STARTRADER SUPPORT"I am in shock that I can only make profits of around $100 - $140, even small profits, legally. I can't call this scam company a broker.I can't even withdraw my deposit, my money. I can't even access the withdrawal window in my account. This is unbearable. I did everything they told me to do.What I will tell them. Please solve this problem for me. If this problem continues. I will discourage people I know and don't know from opening an account with you and doing business with you through my social media pages and other means.
It's really discouraging to put in so much work, save carefully, and then be duped. I have experienced that myself, so I know how challenging and frustrating it can be. I was able to get my money back after a lot of investigation. I would be more than happy to share the method that worked for me if you ever find yourself in a similar circumstance and need advice or insight.
