I was scammed when I deposited money into the exchange but couldn't withdraw it

Hello Trustpilot community. Although I have been very patient waiting for Startrader support to contact me to withdraw money, but until now after 8 days have passed, I still have not received a response to withdraw money from the account with Mt4 ID number 1034324. The amount I initially deposited on March 13, 2025, then I traded and had a profit of $1260. But until now, today is March 25, 2025, I still have not withdrawn any money to my wallet. That is why I am here to ask the community to speak up and help me get back this hard-earned money of mine. They are blatantly robbing my money.

Decent coverage for minor FX pairs

Decent coverage for minor FX pairs. I like volatile instruments within the currency space. STARTRADER is a broker with optimal coverage on that front. Some of the webinars they hold are quite useful, others aren’t. All in all, traders can trust this company.

Large win? Section 1.4.b.v lets Startrader legally remove your funds!

I deposited, traded RIVN, then requested a withdrawal. The withdrawal was later reversed. Startrader then took all of my profit from my only ever trade from my balance which was now just sitting in cash in my account and labelled it as "Cash Adjustment - PNL". Support said my activity was “suspicious/high-risk” and pointed to Section 1.4.b.v of the Client Agreement (and promo T&Cs).Read that clause carefully. In plain English, Section 1.4.b.v gives the company broad discretion to void orders, cancel profits, and recover losses if they decide your trading breaches their rules. In practice, that means they can legally remove money from your account after the fact by citing that clause.I also noticed other public reviews describing profits being removed under Section 1.4.b. I’m not the only one. Check recent reviews and decide for yourself.This is my personal experience. If you’re considering this broker, go in with your eyes open and understand how Section 1.4.b.v can be applied.My account number is 9079730.Here is the last correspondence I received from Startrader from 8 months ago stating why they are legally able to keep my money I have trusted them with. I have not received anything further from them since this email:Dear Client,We are writing to notify you that we have identified suspicious and/or high-risk trading activities on your trading account.We have valid reasons to believe that some of your trading activities constitute suspicious trading activity, as defined in the Client Agreement, in the same time, your trading activities also violated the terms and conditions of the promotion.In accordance with Section 1.4.b.v of the Client Agreement and the terms and conditions of the promotion, the Company, at its discretion, is authorized to take any necessary actions it deems appropriate, as such practices are neither encouraged nor tolerated.We want to make it clear that we reserve the right to take immediate action, which may include the termination of your trading account. Such actions would be carried out without any additional notice, and any accrued profits will be subsequently cancelled.The leverage of your account will be adjusted, which may change your trading environment.If you have any inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your cooperation in maintaining a fair and compliant trading environment is highly appreciated.Best regards,STARTRADER SUPPORT
