Dear All,I would like to share my recent experience with the Star Trader broker, which has been extremely unsatisfactory and financially harmful. I deposited USD 3,000 on 09/09/2025, and within 23 days, my account was completely wiped out due to incorrect trading signals provided by their Relationship Manager (RM).Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone interested in trading to choose only authorised and reputable brokers. Star Trader DXB has demonstrated practices that are unreliable and comparable to high-risk, Ponzi-style operations.Furthermore, their customer support becomes unresponsive once funds are deposited, which makes the situation even more concerning.I hope this information helps others make informed decisions.
I like STARTRADER’s video lessons the most because they’re easy to follow and explain things well. The educational materials assisted me a lot in getting started. However, I wish they offered crypto trading since that’s something I’m interested in. Overall, a solid platform for beginners.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. All the reviews regarding money withdrawals and mid-management are correct. This company is an absolute joke. I have used their chat service , emailed them and still giving me a whole load of nonsense and I cannot access my money. I have previously used Vantage who are a dream and never had an issue. I have been trying to withdraw my money and their latest excuse is your bank rejected your money …. Absolute rubbish as I contacted my bank . They are now not replying to emails. DO NOT use these cowboys .
