I had a very stressful experience with StarTrader regarding my withdrawal. After making around $6300 in profit, my account was suddenly placed under investigation, and only a partial withdrawal was processed initially. There was no clear timeframe, which caused a lot of frustration.
I escalated the matter to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius, and after their involvement, I’m glad to say that my issue has now been fully resolved. StarTrader has released my remaining funds.
Although the process took longer than expected, I appreciate that the matter was ultimately handled and closed. I hope StarTrader improves its communication and avoids such delays for other clients in the future.
There’s reason why average rating is only 3.9. Stay away from this trading app! The worst in handling withdrawal from your account. I withdraw my fund since February 28 and until now my money is not yet in my bank account. They are only quick for deposit but takes forever for withdrawal!!
Easy to operate. All services are really the best. Funded, withdrawal are very fast. In case of any doubt to can go through the customer service always available. In the apk, email, phone... Always available with the easiest answer of your questions

Startrader has eaten away all my profit and now they are telling me to take withdrawal of 210 usdt.
They have annuled my entire profit 1230 usdt without a bloody reason.
All trades were legitimate, normal trades and i have screenshots to prove that.
Startrader team is a bunch of theives , they have stolen my money.
I am going to sue them now in all platforms wherever possible. May god give the unbearable pain

I have opened my account 24533453 with startrader. I have deposited 210 Usdt as my first deposit.
Took some gold trades ( 0.1 +0.1 lot size) and did some scalping and made a decent profit of 900 usdt.
While I tried to withdraw 400 usdt , this scam broker rejected my withdrawal request without give any valid reason for withdrawal rejection. I urge to kindly process my withdrawal request at the earliest.
Now after commenting here on trustpilot.
They have replied that they believe I have undertaken high risk/ suspicious trading.
Just that they believe doesn't mean that they can hold my withdrawal.
I urge starttraders to kindly process my withdrawal or else the consequences will be dire. I will expose them everything and will file a case against them.
And to all traders I will request let's condemn these kinds of brokers.

First I wasn’t ready to invest with higher amount of 1000$ but the broker Zeeshan took responsibility of he made sure that he will going make that out . Full of glitich website
First I started my account with 100$
And then he assist that add more 900$ so we can get margin of 1000$ and additional bonus of 20% by they the bonus was only is 180$..
After the day I was connected with Azhar
Sales/ RM he was also one of kind .. these traders shows them educated in this field but losing my hard earn money like this is pain
I asked azhar to close my trade but he continuously said no .. which shows he doesn’t want me to earn .. not now
Biggest scam is that they both Azhar & Zeeshan they know how to warm the leads and waste hard earn money

Seitdem passiert nichts. Nachdem ich mal wieder den Support angeschrieben habe, kam die Antwort sie müssen mehr wissen um mir helfen zu können. Sagt mal, wollt ihr mich für Dumm verkaufen? In eurer letzten Antwort habt ihr versprochen das ich mein Geld bekomme. Dann TUT endlich auch mal was. Wie lange soll ich denn noch warten? Ganz klar. Ihr wollt nicht auszahlen. Wie man ja bei Trustpilot lesen kann, bin ich nicht der einige. Ich ERWARTE bis zum Ende der Woche eine Lösung.
They are a b-book broker meaning they place trades against you driving price into your stop loss so it's impossible to make any money with them, they make money when you lose and lose money when you win so the second you place a trade price jumps in the opposite direction before you get a chance to put a stop loss on losing more money than you originally intended to risk worst broker ive ever used massive spreads and malicious tactics any 5 star review on trust pilot is guaranteed to be bots or people they have payed.
