I made a withdrawl request on 20th November 2025. I was waiting until 1st of December. I contacted them via email several times, I spoke with live chat 4 times. They are claiming they sent the funds to my bank account. When I ask them to send me the original confirmation of payment in XML, they don't have it. My bank asked me for this document so they can see all the details of transaction. Startrader did not give me this document - they do not have it. So be careful, they are kind when you deposit the money. But when you want to withdraw the money, you can not do it. If they solve the issue, I will update it here.The Startrader answered that they are dealing with the case.UPDATE: After 3 days I received another email with THE SAME PHOTO they sent me before. It is not the original confirmation of payment. My bank can not track the transaction because this photo does not contain the broker's bank details. They are just playing with me all this time. The transaction was never really made. If it was they would provide the proof - but they do not have one because the money was never sent to my bank account. They are scam - stealing money from people.
I am posting this update to clarify the situation after Startrader’s public response to my previous review.Startrader has stated that my account was “flagged due to trading activity suggesting a violation of Terms and Conditions.” However, no specific clause, trade ID, or concrete explanation has been provided till date.The core issue of my complaint remains unauthorised withdrawal and inconsistent IP log information, which has still not been addressed:The IP locations shared by Startrader (Gujarat and Punjab) do not match my actual login location.My Microsoft security logs clearly show my real login IP from Delhi.Despite multiple requests, no transparent reconciliation of these discrepancies has been given.The company closed the complaint from their side without resolving these concerns, which left me with no option but to escalate the matter to the Financial Commission, where the case is currently under independent review.I am sharing this update for transparency and to inform other traders. I am awaiting a clear, evidence-based decision from the Financial Commission, as internal responses so far have avoided the core security questions.
I enjoy trading multiple instruments here, including commodities and indices. The platforms work smoothly most of the time, but the web version can feel a bit crowded at times. But, I must highlight Copy Trade, which is the best platform with this broker..

No negative publicity if possible. Keep it quiet. Dont want to lose business. The internet has power of the people now and on top of that we have the Ombudsman and the FCA. This is where i excel. I have been testing trading platforms since the internet started and as a result of the shocking findings i have made good relationships with the Ombudsman and the FCA. I have won every case against every trading platform for tactics used by retail trading platforms to disadvantage especially novice traders costing on average 70% of them to lose some or all their funds from 3 months to a year at best. You act like mafia run casinos, you tweak the simplest layout to trick the minds of inexperienced traders into losing money. I have watched and video'd screentime where algorithms and basic layouts have been altered, sometimes only for seconds or minutes. In one case with etoro 6 months, which i won, and am suing them again for the exact same scam they admitted to the first time. I have hundreds of trading accounts with brokers to test their offerings. Spin off brokers like yourselves are a dime a dozen, you're all dodgy. You all create products to sell which no one understands and no charts correlate. I places a trade for 20 shares of VIX, no leverage displayed, moved slider to 20% of funds. 17 seconds later $500.00 gone, margin call. Wow, my fastest loss ever well done.
