Registration was ok

Registration was ok, maybe a bit too many steps, but I get why. The platform itself is fine, quick execution, and stable charts. My only wish is that they add a dark mode option for late-night sessions. Overall, still a strong broker worth using.

very very poor client service

i am startrader client i have apply Ib account but more days go not open my ib account i have already open account my client in star trader every time i am mail it but not any answer start trader live chat option is not working so poor service detected and withdrwal very slow some time 72 hr but not recive .

I must say

I must say, I wasn’t expecting much at first, haha. But this broker actually surprised me. Everything loads quickly, placing trades is not confusing at all, and mobile works perfectly on my old phone. Safe to say I’m satisfied. Really glad I gave it a shot.

Worst Trading Site

The worst experience I had ever so far…..They tell you that they provide you support in trading and with their so called ‘Professional Support’ the account gets washed out…They keep on calling you without fail till they get the deposit, but then once you deposit and lose money from their poor support system , they don’t even reply back to you

I like how the platform feels modern…

I like how the platform feels modern but not overly complicated. The charts are detailed, execution is very fast, and deposits go through without delay. STARTRADER really makes the whole experience smooth. Definitely one of the better brokers I’ve tried in years.
