I am giving this service a (1) rating only because there's no option for zero. This is a classic bait and switch situation. My biggest regret is not checking the reviews before making my purchase. Buyers should be cautious. I received an item, but it was neither what I ordered nor as described.

Scam - the skeleton was supposed to be 4ft high and 6ft wide, but the package fit through my mailbox! Make sure to pay via PayPal to claim your money back. They have proof of delivery and will first offer you a 30% refund, then 50%, and threaten you with 'to get a full refund, you need to return the item, which will cost a lot.'
This company is a true scam. They advertised correctly but sold me a 12” skeleton that I could have gotten at a dollar store. It was supposed to be 4 feet tall. It's truly disappointing that there are people out there without remorse.
Stavogue.com = scam, scam, scam! I bought a Halloween skeleton decoration for $60, which was supposed to be 4 feet tall and seven feet wide. What I received was less than a foot long, and I could have bought the skeleton they sent me for $13 elsewhere. Total ripoff!
