Unexpected costs for returns

Returning items requires you to pay for shipping and comes with a surprise restocking fee, which in my case was £100 and wasn't disclosed beforehand. Their communication is decent, but the entire process is flawed if you need to return a product. I wouldn't recommend this service again; it’s wiser to pay a bit more upfront for peace of mind.

Mixed feelings about the towel rail

Here’s my feedback on the 100 x 60cm brushed stainless steel towel rail I purchased recently. The website was user-friendly, and my order arrived quickly, which was great. However, the shipping box was damaged, though the towel rail itself was unharmed. The rail has a high cosmetic standard, but it was warped, causing one leg to not align properly with the wall. The welding on the mounting legs was subpar, raising concerns about durability. The screws for securing the rail are also difficult to tighten. The heating element looks cheap and detracts from the overall quality. After connecting it electrically, most of the rails heat well, but one remains cold. Disappointed with the performance overall.
