I attended this presentation because I was genuinely interested and had seriously considered signing

I attended this presentation because I was genuinely interested and had seriously considered signing up. However, I do not make financial or contractual decisions under pressure. I prefer to research independently and make informed choices.
I remained for the entire presentation and was respectful throughout. It was concerning when it was stated that the door was locked, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
When the presentation concluded, I clearly and politely stated multiple times that I would not be signing up that day. I am currently several states away from home and was not in a position to commit to anything. Despite my clear and repeated refusal, three separate representatives continued to pressure me.
The final representative, Oscar, spent approximately 30 minutes attempting to push me into signing. He repeatedly interrupted me, would not allow me to complete a sentence, and ignored my repeated “no.” His behavior was not persuasive — it was aggressive and dismissive. When I firmly declined yet again, his demeanor shifted noticeably and became hostile. Another gentleman, who had previously been extremely courteous, also changed his tone. As I walked away, I was berated.
This was not a professional sales environment. It was high-pressure, intimidating, and inappropriate. No prospective customer should be made to feel cornered, talked over, or verbally confronted for declining a service. If this is the standard approach to gaining clients, it raises serious concerns about the organization’s overall practices.
I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and deeply disappointed.

Representatives were unhelpful and dismissive

The support team was dismissive and unhelpful, providing no constructive way to resolve my issue. Even though I was cooperative and transparent, the company failed to recognize my situation or suggest a workable solution. It was clear that my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was no effort to understand the reasons behind my request.

Warning About Our Troubling Experience with a Timeshare

We want to share our experience to caution others about the issues we faced with the timeshare we felt compelled to buy. Right from the start, we sensed we were misinformed regarding the terms and obligations, leading to numerous complications. When we sought to express our concerns, we encountered a shocking lack of accountability and rudeness from the service representatives. Initially, when we spoke to a representative, he was unhelpful and dismissive, making us feel as if we were to blame for a situation created by the company's high-pressure sales tactics. This indifference to our worries left us feeling deceived. Things deteriorated further when we reached out to another representative. His behavior was incredibly rude and he completely disregarded our concerns, giving us the impression that he was mocking us. The level of disrespect and neglect we experienced was unacceptable. Our concerns have been overlooked by this company, but we will continue to fight for a fair outcome. This kind of predatory behavior in the timeshare industry needs to end. If you are thinking about a timeshare, we strongly advise you to reconsider, thoroughly research the company and its practices, and don’t let yourself be coerced into a situation like ours. **********************************

An incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily challenging experience.

This has turned into an extremely frustrating and unnecessarily complicated situation. Despite our numerous attempts to reach out, the party managing the contract remains inflexible. We have contacted them several times, offering detailed explanations and valid reasons for needing to be released from the contract. These are serious, important factors, but every time we communicate, our request is met with a refusal to genuinely consider it, leaving us feeling ignored and dismissed. The absence of flexibility and the unwillingness to engage in a constructive discussion is profoundly disappointing. We feel trapped and deeply regret entering into this agreement. Given the level of difficulty we are facing now, we sincerely wish we had never signed the contract. This entire experience has become a significant, ongoing burden.

Deceptive practices abound

Deceptive practices abound! Paying a hefty annual fee on top of maintenance costs. This situation feels like a scam. I was misled and now I'm trying to escape. Booking is restrictive, and I can only roll over points once. I was told points could be used yearly, but it's actually every other year. Cash bookings during blackout periods are impossible. My main goal was to use cash at a discounted rate. How do I get out of this mess!

A complete scam; the points allocated are insufficient to justify the annual costs. Just pay for the vacation out of pocket; it's cheaper.

Beware of their sales tactics

Beware of their sales tactics; they present enticing offers, but question their value. The gift card was a nice touch, but the promotional casino vouchers are a waste. If they offer show and dinner tickets, take them and run. Read the other reviews and be cautious.

High-pressure sales tactics

I had a terrible experience with a high-pressure salesperson who insisted we sit through the full presentation and continued to push for a purchase well beyond that time. He implied that we were foolish for declining an offer to pay a large sum for a program we didn’t fully understand. If it feels like a scam, it probably is.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. Even one star feels generous. They lure you in with enticing deals, but once you sign up, all they want is your money. A year after signing, I received a call about points, only to find out I had to pay more. I was never informed about annual maintenance fees, so I'm locked into paying a fee that could fund a vacation. After spending a significant amount on this timeshare, I still face hefty annual maintenance costs. Attempts to exit have been met with demands for additional payments. I would not recommend anyone get involved with this; keep your money.

Deeply disappointed with membership

I am deeply disappointed with this membership; I wish we had canceled when we had the chance. Customer service is filled with false promises, only telling you what you want to hear. While they claim partnerships allow for diverse resort visits, I didn’t realize that booking would cost more than standard rates online. What’s the point of paying for points if I have to pay to use them? I wouldn't recommend anyone engage with them.
