Truly awful customer service

Truly awful customer service. Stellantis should be ashamed! 5 months to cancel a service agreement due to repeated mistakes on their part. Numerous Mails and calls simply ignored and threatening letters when I cancelled the Direct Debit to stop them from stealing any more of my money. Do not do business with this organisation.

Great young lady delt with new car which I’ve picked up on 22 December great Christmas present I chose the white 208 with GTI model when the paper work was done I came too receive my new car I did have a test drive in a electric vehicle as we walked through too the show room there was my new white 208 GTI looking beautiful loads better then I expected Thanks
