The member of staff was brilliant, answered my question perfectly. The organisation, however is really quite inflexible and unresponsive, I had a new car over a week but they still took money from my account for the old car, a week later they still hadn't return my money, and I am told it might be another week before I get it back, that's three weeks in total !
Your computer system is difficult, more guess work to find what you wantThe number of default notices was upsetting given I was not in arrears at the time.Best part was speaking to your staff. They did know what they were talking about and clarified information.I feel that when I was sold finance I was never told the complete story, the sales men at the time sold on Rental only and never pointed out there was a ballon payment for the insurance product bought.
