I been used the company for the past 10 years,some sales advisers are amazing some are not that great. With Mr. AKEEL and Denice I feel very confident and amused with there dedication and professionalism. They are amazing advisers and amazing human beings. ★☆☆☆☆ Hidden excess mileage charges – very poor transparencyAfter having my vehicle for 4 years and driving only 34,000 miles, I was shocked to be charged £1,348 in excess mileage by Stellantis at the end of the agreement.When I challenged this, I was told the charge was detailed in extremely small print. In fact, the person I spoke to on the phone took a long time to even find the clause themselves, which says a lot about how clearly this was communicated to customers.At no point during the agreement did this feel transparent or obvious, especially given the low mileage over such a long period. The charge feels disproportionate, poorly explained, and unfair, and there was no willingness to discuss or apply any common sense.I would strongly advise anyone considering a finance or lease agreement to scrutinise the fine print very carefully, as this experience has left me with little confidence in Stellantis’ end-of-contract practices.
