Bradley surveyed the property and got the level 3 survey report back to me very quickly. It was really detailed and easy to understand, highlighting even the smallest details and pointing out what remedial work would be required when there were issues.

Stokemont were great - they provided a comprehensive Level 3 Survey on the prospective property I am purchasing and flagged a number of issues I wouldn’t have caught from viewings. Whilst the issues weren’t significantly material, it gave us an understanding of the immediate remedial work needed on the property which helped us to fully understand our cashflows.
