FeedbackI am overall very happy with Vinted and items I bought and sold where successful also the communication and performance with the buyer/ seller.I have only two experiences which are not great, and I thought you should know it: Last year I bought 3 “Missoni” dresses from Vinted.The dresses look beautiful, but unfortunately they are not original! They are fake and made in China which is a no go.! As I own original Missoni, I can quickly tell the difference!I paid ca €150 which is a high price and the Vinted policy is :that no fakes are allowed at all but they do sell so, you should take an eye on those brands especially Missoni and check on the sellers! It surprises me because normally on Vinted everything is checked very carefully and I don’t understand how those people can sell fakes!The second experience which surprises me is that I sold an item within Austria everything according procedure but the package I sent was not picked up and sent back to me today 🤨Besides that my experiences with Vinted are great, and I will continue to be part of the sellers and buyer!🙋♀️🌸🌸🌸🛍️🎀📦👜👒👗👖Kind regards!
Vinted is continuously deleting an item of mine, declaring it as a fake. It is not fake and was purchased at the brands store. The listing shows all labels and brand marks, which are all correct. Still Vinted is using chatbot checks to claim it's a counterfeit. Truly an annoying and inconveniencing service, sind no real human is used to check everything in detail, which would reveal that my item is correct, authentic and orignal.
Worst site, you are selling something without a invoice and if the customer declares the product as a fake you can not do anything and your account is locked. I can not try to prove if without the invoice and vinted don’t want to send it back to me because the see it as a fake. The customer asked me before buying the product if i have a invoice where i told the customer i don’t have it because it was a gift for my birthday. Customer used this opportunity to scam me and declare the product as a fake. Better don’t ever sell something brand new without a invoice. I will never again use this site to sell anything.
The return policy keeps in mind only the seller. For the buyer the conditions are very unfair, you definitely loose money, even the problem was created by the seller.The support is very poor. The system makes mistakes and the support can’t handle them.
