Unfortunately I have to write this review, but however I promote start-ups I believe they have some serious work to do at their customer service.
I ordered a promising backpack on 22th of october 2025. The delivery took about a few months, so eventually I ordered another one at the competition Salomon.
After a very very long while I got the news that the bag arrived in customs and extra taxes were needed. Surprising because I already payed taxes in the UK, but I could have known this ofcourse. I decided to let it be returned to sender and cancel the order - since I already was enjoying a nice alternative for a few months.
I contacted Stolt for a refund, a few times through mail, a few times through whatsapp. No response nor refund whatsoever...
I gave them a few chances to rectify this situation, but unfortunately there was no action nor response from their side.
A very expensive mistake!

I purchased the ultralight backpack. It was well described on the website so i knew what to expect. It is a really high quality product that I expect to last for many years. Importantly it is well designed, making it incredibly comfortable in use, and convenient with a nice closure and easy access zip.
I have been using the Stolt Hydration Vest for the past month for marathon training. Fantastic fit, balance, and quality. The pocket design gives plenty of storage for energy gel packets and a mobile phone. The back compartment is a perfect fit for a shell, as to have it after a run. The soft flasks are great and, for me, in the perfect position on the vest while running. Overall a fantastic product that takes into account design and function.
Incredible customer service for a smaller business, the founder emailed frequently with updates and problem solved a couple of issues with me. I gifted one to my friend and have used another myself. These are amazingly high quality rucksacks. I’ve put my rucksack through a number of runs and many a commute since Oct 24. In my experience they really care about their customers and I’m really pleased with my purchase. The attention to detail in the design is fantastic. Lots of practical compartments. I was also worried about how the rucksack would sit around my body particularly as a shorter woman and I can confirm it’s very comfortable and secure. I can also fit my laptop and some papers in the back pocket comfortably. Definitely worth the investment.

I ordered the Athlete Ultralight shortly after release and have been absolutely loving it - perfectly fits a laptop and a change of clothes for my commute. The pockets in the straps are perfect for all the odd bits you need access to on a run and it's great even in the rain.
I originally purchased the Commuter Backpack in November 2023 and recently picked up the performance hydration vest. Both products are excellent - I run / bike with the backpack to work but also use it as my general work bag. It fits very comfortably and securely when running. The vest is really well designed and fits great. Customer service throughout both experiences with Stolt was exceptional.
