The packaging wasn't ideal, resulting in one item being slightly squashed. This wouldn't have been an issue for personal use, but it was for a Christmas gift. I also opted out of account creation, yet received an email inviting me to set a password. I'll reconsider ordering here in the future. Additionally, the delivery was handled by a service that often disappoints; my package was late and not delivered as initially scheduled.
I discovered the candles in a local store and bought one as a Christmas gift. The Sandalwood & Patchouli scent was exquisite. After bringing it home, I ordered more from the website to keep for myself. When lit, it filled the entire space with a luxurious fragrance. The online ordering process was quick, and I received timely updates about shipping and delivery. A lovely company with a diverse range of products. I will definitely purchase more.

Upon arrival, I found a thoughtful gift included as an apology for the delay, which was a delightful surprise. I'm always pleased with my purchases.

I reached out to the company for advice and received a prompt and helpful response. The candle looks and smells amazing. It was a gift, so I won’t get to enjoy it myself. The website offers a great selection. Unfortunately, it took over a week to arrive, even though it was shipped promptly, and the courier left it out in the rain, ignoring delivery instructions. Thankfully, the contents were well protected. I have raised a complaint with the courier service.
