The customer service is awful. I own around 40 devices, and they frequently drop unstable products without warning. If something goes wrong, expect to lose both time and money. I requested a return within 14 days, but after shipping, the address changed and the package returned to me months later. They blame me and expect me to pay for reshipping. The customer service tone is unacceptable.
