The quality of merchandise is fine but they don't control that. What they fo control is their customer service. I purchased pouches & belt with back support. The belt was much too large so I wanted to exchange &/or return but was advised they have a 15% restocking fee & we also would have to pay for return shipping. After those out of pocket costs the refund would have been like $12!! Just ridiculous that a company would have these practices in place pretty much ensuring they never loose a dime. Albeit the rep was poliet & nice, I had to reorder a new belt & pay for shipping again. Just so irritating.
This company’s return policy is deeply disappointing and unnecessarily punitive. Customers are required to pay for their own return shipping and are also charged a 15% restocking fee, even when the product is unused and returned in perfect condition. Had I known this in advance, I would have gladly paid the slightly higher price to order through a company like Amazon, which offers simple and cost-free returns.Attempting to obtain a refund from this company has been an exercise in frustration and wasted time. Their policies clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to read the fine print before doing business with this company.
