This purchase started out rough because one of the zipper pulls broke off as we were undoing the jacket for the first time out of the package. With the zipper pull broken completely off we couldn't even zip the jacket! So I sent a message to the company and, I must say, the customer service has been outstanding! They immediately apologized for both the issue and the inconvenience and are sending a replacement for completely free. I am concerned about the zipper on the replacement but hopefully the one that broke was a fluke. The jacket does seem really nice otherwise so I'm certainly willing to give it a shot! And knowing how excellent the customer service is makes me feel a lot more confident!
Excellent communication and a super quality product. An amazing company to do business with and Will purchase more products when I need to Eugene . Eric was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty over the Christmas holiday period to communicate with me and I really appreciate his willingness to get me sorted with the correct sizes
Do not order from this website. It is a scam and will make you seem they are legit but give you a fake order number and constant email updates. But then use fake tracking numbers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!Updated…. 28Dec25. Ok it is not a scam website. I finally received my order FROM CHINA!!!! Had I known it was Chinese I wouldn’t have ordered it. Of course the sizing is off a large is more a medium and an X-Large is more a large. Poor quality in the stitching and zippers, already had to fix some of that. But I guess it is what it is. Not very impressive but at least it wasn’t a scam website. I apologize for that but I would not order from there again.
