Disappointing Experience with Product Quality

I encountered problems with two items. One of the five newel post caps was very poorly finished compared to the others, which were flawless. The company refused to replace it. I had to make it work, which required a lot of effort and filler. I ordered a filler stick but couldn't locate it. They denied the replacement request, claiming the video showed it was packed correctly. I checked three times, and it was not in the packaging. It felt like the customer is always at fault. I won't be using their services again.

Customers are often dismissed

Outstanding service all around

Outstanding service all around. The product quality was excellent and looks fantastic. Our order arrived on time, and the items were very well packaged with sturdy cardboard, double wrapped. I would definitely use the service again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good service

Prompt delivery of hand and base rail, with a good finish. There was no damage, and the handrail was very straight, with no warping despite being 4.2 meters long. Both pieces fitted and painted beautifully, already being primed.

Great products and service

Great products and service, easy online ordering, but the delivery service let me down. There was no contact before delivery, so when no one was home, one delivery was left outside in the rain, and another left a calling card even though I was present. This was very disappointing and cost me two days in labor.
