I filled this survey out previously. I explained that my iPhone 4S had superficial cracks in the back plastic, but not in the front screen and it functioned perfectly. I was quoted a price, but when I mailed in the phone, I got an email saying that it wasn't in the condition I stated and that the price would be reduced. I told them that I explained everything accurately before mailing the phone and to return the phone to me. They agreed to pay the price quoted so I agreed to sell the phone. Everything worked out, finally, but I felt this was a "bait and switch" deal until they agreed to honor the original quote.
They give you a prepaid shipping label. However, I had to purchase two seperate boxes to send my items back to them because they would not allow me to package the two laptops I was selling together. It ended up costing me $20.00 to ship the items due to having to purchase two separate boxes to keep the laptops secure. I also had to contact them 2 times to sort things out over the phone. However, they do have very friendly customer service.
