Review Time
I've been bidding for a garage for two days but I realized that they are playing with me, as soon as I make the offer someone surpasses me at the moment, I think it's an automatic computer to force you to put more money and when the final hour is approaching the tenant settles the bill, something is wrong. In two days this has happened to me 5 times. Very bad experience.
Its never a good idea to mislead customers. The storage unit I purchased was 100% stagged and setup to look better then what was actually inside. They even wrote misleading information on the boxes...I would never recommend this or any of the storage companies. Yes this is a 3rd party, but the reviews show this has been an issue for a while. So again, why the need to lie...
I like this site alot and I want to bid on so many, I dont like being restricted to just 3 bids but I get why they do it, my biggest problem is getting side tracked and not checking on them enough. Other wise it's great
Well for one.. you win a unit at auction. You call make sure they are there. You get your truck and trailer drive for a hour. To find out the owner paid the unit up 3 days ago. Wasted time and money.. and this has happened. A good 10 times. Storage facility managers are too lazy to take it out the system the day that the owner pays for and keeps it on the auction to the last minute until they realize the unit is no longer available and it’s paid. ( and do they get suspended like we the buyers) know they don’t. By then it’s too late and Auctionneer already purchased it paid the invoice fee and when you get there, the unit is not available and then you have to go through all that headache to get your money back and you never get the time wasted back.
And these people are notorious for suspending people for 30 days for the dumbest shit. And then there’s no way to call these bums! unless you sign up for a $30 membership fee. They won’t even let you speak to them on the phone without a $30 fee insane the bidders: buyers are the ones making YOU money and cleaning out the storage facilities trash which they want done. The buyers should get plenty of warnings before you to suspend them..

I won my first online auction for $10, which was exciting! I even arranged for a friend to help me pick up my unit from self-storage in Bloomington. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my unit was listed in error and would be auctioned next month instead. I don't understand how a unit I won and paid for can simply be "canceled". It should have been mine! I'm left confused and frustrated, waiting for a refund in 7-10 business days, and the option to bid again next month doesn't interest me at all.
My interaction with a user was disappointing. The storage unit had low-value items arranged to seem more valuable, and the final price was much higher than the actual contents. I also noticed irregular bidding behavior that seemed to artificially inflate the price.
This service is truly remarkable! I want to highlight the exceptional experience I had and their swift responsiveness. I am genuinely impressed and very satisfied as a customer. The team really cares about us as valued customers, and they take their responsibilities seriously. They responded promptly to my concerns and handled everything with the utmost respect. Don't waste your time; it took more than 10 days to receive a refund after they made a mistake. Between the inadequate storage facility and the poor handling by the company, it just wasn't worth the time I spent. Save your money and choose a more reliable provider.
The unit was not advertised as a "Manger special unit". I would not of bid on the unit if I would of know this information. This was false advertised and will never be biding on auction from this site again. Everything in the unit had been picked through. Had nothing of value in it.
