Lack of Customer Support

Absolutely no customer support. I purchased a watch but they didn't have the color I desired and suggested an option I would never wear. I attempted to reach out multiple times to request a different watch, but received no response. Very disappointing.

Poor Service and No Delivery

The service was terrible and there was no delivery. I ordered and paid for a product on March 18th, but a week later I was informed that the color was out of stock. I suggested an alternative the same day, but a week later I still had no response. Is this how the brand wants to operate? Very disappointing!

I bought a watch from one of their agents because I liked the up to 20-day usage claim. However, the box states up to 15 days. I reached out via Messenger and email for clarification, but received no response.
