Be cautious when seeking advice. I was offered a 30-minute 'options' phone call, which I assumed would be a free initial consultation, as many reputable services provide. Instead, it lasted less than 15 minutes and consisted of sales talk urging me to schedule a £400 'initial strategy meeting'—no 'options' were given, and I felt unable to seek any real advice. I felt pressured to agree to this. Considering I had already spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone previously discussing my situation, it’s unclear why this interim call was offered when I was presented with no real 'options' beyond paying £400 to learn what could be done. I feel misled.
The service provided invaluable support and guidance throughout a challenging divorce. Their quick responses made me feel supported and well represented. I couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to the costs involved. The ongoing expenses from the high-conflict situation have made it challenging for me to continue accessing their support and representation in court.
