We booked the kids in to the half term activity and it was brilliant. Four kids aged 2, 8, 9 and 11 all picked a butterfly or bug box to decorate and loved it. The boxes are brilliant quality - the materials to decorate were great quality again. Drink and snack provided. Staff lovely and helpful. Location warm and comfy. Absolutely recommend.
We visited the light show with our grandson and had the chance to see Santa. The staff were welcoming, and Santa made an effort to engage with our grandson, which was wonderful. He really enjoyed the fair rides, the lights, and the search for the reindeer. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that I felt the light trail could have been a bit longer for the price we paid, but overall, it was a lovely evening and a great few hours spent.
The Christmas light trail was delightful, and the little ones had a fantastic time. The reindeer trail kept them engaged, and meeting Santa was a real highlight. It was a nice surprise to receive a chocolate gift as well. I just wish it lasted a bit longer since 30 minutes went by quickly. The small funfair added to the experience.
We attended the Santa lunch, and it was perfect, made magical by the friendly staff dressed as elves who entertained my nephews with singing and games. The food was outstanding and generous, and seeing Santa was enchanting. The toys were also very thoughtful—no cheap items here. We loved it and felt it was definitely worth the trip. Great job to everyone involved! 🎅🏼

We recently enjoyed the light trail and Santa meet event, which was fabulous! There were so many lights and beautiful trees, and we were pleasantly surprised by the free hot drink and chocolate reindeer for the kids. Santa spent a good amount of time chatting with my son, and the Elf offered to take our picture. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it would have been nice if the trail extended further, but overall, it was a really enjoyable and festive experience. We would love to return next year! :)

The Christmas displays and pony rides were the most magical experience for my children this holiday season. The pony rides created lasting memories for us all. The value was exceptional—£7 per ride for a good distance. It was my boys' first time on a pony, and the handlers were wonderful with them. It was very special for us as parents to watch. Thank you for creating such Christmas magic!
