Exactly how it was advertised. Used it for an hour first day and increased time of usage over the next few days until I wear them constantly in my work boots. A definite improvement in pain after about a week later - now, next to no pain. Love it. The pressure between the ball of my foot made a huge difference. Just allow a couple of days to get used to them.

These insoles are crafted excellently. I wear them in my work boots during my 9-hour shifts. It took about 3-5 days to adjust, but they are performing superbly. I plan to purchase a couple more pairs as backups for when the first pair eventually wears out.
