VERY POOR Customer Service. They ignore all e-mails. Cant get a live person. Returned unused product for refund.............. crickets! Do not waste your time or money on this rip off/scam! Got mine done at the dentist instead!
I was so excited to receive my new veneers and even sent them pictures of how my old smile looked before my veneers fell out that I got from a dentist. When I got them the teeth were small, pushed forward so I look like I have buck teeth and they just look bulky and fake. Now I have to do research into other places and order more and spent even more money! I spent a lot on these so I’m not happy.
I've been doing business with Pop On Veneers for years now. And last year , I accidentally hit the subscription button instead of one time purchase and three months later on my bank statement that there was a purchase that I did not authorize.Come to find out three months ago I guess I accidentally hit the subscription button instead of the one time purchase and they gave me a full refund. I SO do appreciate it.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Ive had pop on veneers before but this time I have sent in 18 and counting impressions over 8 months without getting my 500$ veneers. The last 3 kits they sent were wrong size. Children's xs. Despite me writing and correcting them. I will be taking them to court.

First let me say the customer service is amazing! 👏 So far they have been there every step of the way to answer any questions and concerns. I'm super in secure about the gap in my teeth and they offered to fix it on my veneers and helped me decide on the color!(because in so indecisive lol 😆) And the response time is insane they truly care about their customers and what will make them happy! I had an address issue with delivery, and didn't receive the package. I gave it a few days and contacted cust srvc and they respond within minutes each time and addressed my issues and had me update my address apt # and with out hesitation sending another impression kit. They are def trustworthy. And cust srvc are great fast and reliable they deserve recognition to say the least . Very impressed with the quality of their work ethic. A+ plus 1

DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. I made an error and returned the product immediately. They are saying they cannot help me and will not communicate to the lending company Affirm/Shop Pay. They're terrible communicators. You cannot get anyone to help you because they'll just say it's your responsibility without explaining anything to you. I highly recommend you NOT buy anything EVER with this company. I made a mistake and it's been HELL trying to get them to refund the other company so it doesn't go against my credit. I had already shipped the product back and that's still not enough! They suck!!!!
