Good service and quick resolution of order lost in post

I had a problem with a lost order but the service team were able to resolve it as quickly as they could, given the current ongoing postal strike. I successfully received my replacement order as the first one had got lost in the post.

Great customer service

Had an issue with the delivery (not their fault, Royal Mail lost the parcel) and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently with a replacement which arrived in two days. The product in itself is nice and as described.

Great little company

Really happy with my order. I accidently ordered tempered glass protection for the wrong phone model. The team noticed the discrepancy in my order and contacted me before sending out my order to check it was accurate. This saved me a lot of hassle! Fantastic customer service.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I order a particular Iphone 13 case that was advertised as £19.99 and was sent a £2 plastic case completely different from the images. I think they do this in hope that you keep it, because then you have to pay to send it back. The delivery took ages aswell, just stick to Amazon your safer and it's a trusted company.

Disgusting ! stay away!!!

This company is a joke to put it politely.They send rubbish out for £19.99 on a second class stamp. The phone case I ordered was advertised as strong shock resistant fortified silicone - I got a piece of plastic garbage in a plastic 2nd class bag that took for ever to arrive..It would cost me to send it back and as they shamelessly sent that piece of garbage out to me, I don't even trust that they would refund me the money and not just forward my returned case to another victim and keep making money that way.Disgraceful !
