I received in my JUNK email 2 mssgs regarding something that was SELLING FAST ( both at 2:38pm ) and then 2 mssgs saying “Forget Something? we saved your cart” ( ALSO both at 2:38pm) LOATHE the SCAMMY attempt to make ppl think they’ve shopped and saved item(s) to a cart! Very evil to try to deceive, especially bc some ppl ( not I ) have memory issues. Shame On This company.
Their size guide is way off. I ordered the size based on their guide and my measurements and I was swimming in them. I totally understand that sizing can be off and a challenge when you are unable to try them on, but for the price of these jeans, you shouldn't be charged a fee to send them back, charged another shipping fee, and then charged a third shipping fee to get the correct size. You end up paying more in shipping fees than the jeans and and the jeans are expensive to start with. Try finding a store that provides free shipping.
This was my first time buying from your store. I absolutely love the jeans and they came very quickly. I was very impressed and I just placed another order for three more pair of jeans.
I’m dissatisfied with the quality and sizing of the items. However, my main frustration lies with the return process. While it wouldn’t be a major issue if the clothes didn’t meet my expectations, the inability to return them for a full refund is completely unacceptable. If a full refund isn’t an option, the products should be of high quality and accurately described. I spent $275 on five pairs of jeans, but only two fit well enough to keep. After washing the two I kept, they looked awful and went straight to the donation box. When I tried to return the unworn pairs with tags still attached, I was offered half of what I paid or nearly 75% in store credit. I believe many would agree that if I’m not satisfied with the quality of a product, I do not want store credit to purchase more from the same seller.
They have a large variety of sizes, so even though I'm a bigger gal, I can find things that fit me. I don't every feel as if I can't find something that'll look good on me. They also have very accurate descriptions of sizes and materials for their products which makes it easy to choose items I may want.
