Review Time
Absolute waste of time and money. Took 3 days to get a response by email by which time they wanted photographic evidence which was no longer possible due to the length of time it took to reciece a response. The screen protector doesn't allow your fingerprint to be recognised. This left my phone locked and the only option was to take the screen protector off to turn off the sensor but this cracked the screen protector. I cannot express enough to avoid this as much as possible. Far better options on Amazon.
Bad customer serviceUnfortunately one of the items sent to me arrived broken. Studioshake were very good in replacing it however by the time I returned and received the new item it was too late (as it was for a present). I returned the item with proof of postage. I contacted them to ask where my refund was and had to send the proof to them. Now after another week I still have not heard from them despite chasing up by email. Poor service and reading some of the reviews on here I would be wary of buying things sadly. If Studioshake read this, I would really appreciate some contact as to when I will receive my refund. Very bad customer service and I wonder if they are going to refund me at all.
Unfortunately the wrong mini iPad cover was sent to me. I contacted Customer Support Services immediately and then followed the company’s returns policy. A member of the Customer Services team emailed me for further information on my mini iPad and within a couple of days a new cover was delivered. I am pleased with it - both the colour and quality. I then contacted Customer Support services about their returns policy as I had paid postage for the return. A quick reply from them said that as it was their mistake I would be refunded the cost of postage. Overall I am satisfied with their service and the product, but have only given three stars because of the initial mistake and the fact I had to ask for a refund of postage. Their returns policy needs to be clearer.
Terrible customer service, take 4 days each time you try to contact them. Order was received damaged but not opened until after Christmas as a gift. Company will not flex on ‘Strict T&Cs’. So money in the bin. Clearly no care for future business. Random PO Box in West Wickham as their ‘address’. Should’ve known dodgy as not even got a phone number.
Ordered an I pad cover for my husband for Christmas, it is not the right size so does not fit, there was no invoice when delivered. Email sent 29th Dec asking them to send me the invoice so I can return it, They have not replied to it, I have tried to ring but the telephone number is incorrect. Have sent a message via messenger and still not heard from them. Customer service is appalling, so I am now going to go through my bank to get the refund.
