The staff at the Exeter store on Sundays were rude and condescending. The representative belittled my husband when he mentioned that the trousers were too big and needed a smaller size. The stock was limited, with no shorter sizes available in trousers or jackets. I called another location for assistance, and the representative there was much more professional and friendly.
I ordered a two-piece suit, but when it arrived, the jacket was too small, and there was no returns label included. Due to my disability, I can't visit a store, and I also don’t have a printer to create my own label. The nearest returns shop lacks a printer as well. The customer service email I received doesn’t exist, and I urgently need the suit for a family wedding.
