Whole experience was 10/10.Got me a great deal on a Golf R in Nov with a jan/feb arrival. Chose my model, extras and was made from factory. Whole process was smooth, the team at summit kept me updated, and communication was fast. Car got delivered today and i couldn’t be happier. Already thinking about using summit again when my lease is over in 2 years because service and peace of mind is everything to me.
I originally found quotes on 'lease loco' for a Golf R, when filling in enquiry Summit Drive got back to me. Original prices were for a white (standard) colour, but through quick communication I got a quote for the Grenadilla black which I was happy to go with before the price rise. Secured the order and plenty communication throughout. Car was delivered on back of transporter to North East Scotland 2 days ago, delighted with the car.
Everything was so clear and well explained and any questions asked were answered promptly and clearly. The staff were very friendly especially Luke and Cerian. The whole car lease process ran through so smoothly and effortlessly by these staff members. Will definitely be coming back in the future
