Very poor attitude towards a faulty product

I contacted SundayRiley on 16th January, after purchasing a collection from QVC which had the ice moisturiser in. Naturally contacted QVC first explained the issue I had with the moisturiser feeling like an exfoliation having lots of grains in it. Qvc we’re still awaiting a response from Sunday Riley so I decided to email SR myself.I explained the problem with the cream having grains in it and it feeling more like an exfoliation rather than a moisturiser, also giving them the batch number.I received an email back pretty quickly, from Victoria, saying that their products go through a testing process and that she’s sure “I’ll still get amazing results from using this product” and if I wasn’t happy I should contact qvc, I had already explained I’d contacted qvc that were still awaiting a response from SR.I was disgusted that this company had expected a customer to continue using a product with the problem of grain in the moisturiser, I know another customer of qvc also had the same issue, with the same batch code, so I know it wasn’t isolated to my product. To be so arrogant and not be apologetic about a possible problem with their product of ice moisturiser, I was shocked, and to expect a customer to continue using it, not knowing what these grains were, I was astounded by the couldn’t care less attitude.Qvc were great and sent me another collection and arranged for the obvious faulty one to be returned to them. The new ice moisturiser that was sent has a different batch number and is grain free.This has really surprised me about this company and after such poor communication through customer services, not even recognising a problem, it’s made me question do I want to continue to fund a company like this by buying their products, the answer is no, dreadful customer services, totally unacceptable and irresponsible response to my query.

Sunday Riley was recommended to me in a local shop. I bought the day skin cream afterglow which i found to be horribly greasy and the bright orange dye has transferred damaged some of my clothes, the night cream too is very greasy and I found does not absorb so there is transfer onto pillow cases. I will never purchase any of these products again. A complete waste of money.

WOW skincare

Amazing results in a short time! Sunday Riley proved to be such a good investment. Their products really do achieve the results they advertise leaving my skin feeling amazing and hydrated. I wasnt sure about the price at first but a little goes a long way so the product lasts you a while and I am so happy for the investment in myself and skincare.

Transformed my skin in less than a…

Transformed my skin in less than a week! My routine for the last 7 days has been: cleansed using the Carbon Theory Shea Butter Bar, UFO by Sunday Riley, followed by The Ordinary Niacinamide, then The Ordinary Moisturiser. Same routine at night but I swap out UFO for Luna. I suffer from PCOS and started this routine after my last hormonal breakout. My pores have shrunk, my face looks healthy and glowy, my acne scars have reduced and I've had no new breakouts with mt existing one reducing to virtually nothing. I can't wait to see what my skin looks like after another week! Not sure what the other girl below was expecting, the UFO and Luna oils are FULL of natural oils so of course they're not going to be clear, UFO is green and Luna is blue but it rubs in completely clear on the skin. Of course if you sweat that off during the night it'll go back blue or green on white sheets. No different to wearing fake tan or foundation to sleep in. If you're putting anything on your face that has any colour in, it's going to come off on white bedding. Either use a dark pillowcase or wash your sheets with Dr Beckman's Glowwhite. In any case, will shortly be upgrading the rest of my skincare products for Sunday Riley. Highly recommended, they're expensive but you get a lot for your money, they've completely changed my skin! Really wish I had've taken before pictures!

DO NOT buy Luna Night Oil

DO NOT buy Luna Night Oil. It has ruined my nightwear and bedding. The stains will not come out with Vanish or a 60 degree wash. I have used one third of the bottle and now will be throwing it in the bin along with my destroyed White Company bedding. They have offered NO compensation at all. Disgusting customer service!!!

Really bad

Really bad, placed an order two weeks, ago, they have yet to send me an email saying it has been dispatched or posted. Have emailed them three times with no response, no number to call.

SR are rubbish
Worst customer service going

Worst customer service going. Ordered a week and a half ago. No sign of my order. Ignoring any messages I send. They then sent an email saying it was delayed due to PayPal when I paid by card.
