I've tried A LOT of different vape brands over the last 15 years and Suorin is by far the best. I was gifted a Suorin air pro 2 years ago and shortly after I purchased a Suorin air mini. I love both and both still work wonderfully. I'm not the most coordinated and the fact that I've dropped my vape as many times as I have and it still works like a champ says a lot. I recently purchased a second Suorin air pro and it doesn't leave my side. This is the only brand I'll ever buy.
I’ve been using the original Suorin Air vape system since it came out some 15 years ago. In that time I’ve placed a number of orders from the company without an issue until recently. In the last year or so I’ve had two really bad experiences with them. The first one was defective batteries and pods. I contacted customer care was frankly shocked at the lack of skill regarding the soft skills in communication. I wasn’t given any kind of resolution and eventually I gave up trying to contact after being left on read. Let me also point out that when I do orders it is usually once or twice a year and the cost is usually in the $200+ range. The very next order I had was not delivered and I was essentially told to kick rocks with that world class customer services I mentioned above. It was, of course, my fault that the package went missing. So I’m out $250 dollars for the entire order. Both customer service interactions left a terrible taste in my mouth. I did place a smaller order since and I did get the package so at least there is that. Sadly this package contained 3 defective batteries but I’m not even about to waste my time with their proven abhorrent customer service line. I’ve got better things to do with my time than be blamed and shamed for my own bad experiences with their company, Would not recommend.
