Do not order from here. Their customer service is nonexistent, and if they do eventually respond, it will be with three words and then not respond again. Ordered a device that stopped working after two days. No problem, this is normal with lower cost devices and has happened before over the years. Other retailers usually request you ship it back or refund you. SuorinUSA asked me to send a video, then told me to try a few things that you can clearly see in the video that I tried. They then said I could ship it back, but now refuse to take it or respond to my messages because I don't have the original packaging. I've spent 100s with them over multiple past orders, not to mention the $70 I just spent for a broken device and pods I can't use. I gave them a shot even though their reputation is already bad, and that was my mistake. Get your Suorin stuff elsewhere.
They charged me 4 times for the same order and I never got an e mail from them that my order was in process. total scam! I can't reach anyone at their customer service, voice mail picks up. No one got back to my e-mail. I called the bank to close my credit card. Such an inconvinience.
Ordered 5 vapes from them (Suorin Air) and a box of 20 cartridges. The vapes were all faulty, literally none of them was working properly - battery was bad on each of them, just blinking, too low voltage to drag… I have been using Suorin Air for a long time (for years) and am fairly familiar with problems that come up with these pods. These were 100% bad batteries that they’ve perhaps repurpose or just resold from someone who has returned them. Now, too late I’ve realized that I can not call them, there is no phone number left anywhere (probably because they sell faulty products). After I’ve emailed them, they’ve sent me a lengthy return policy letter that basically states how I suppose to pay for shipping the products back to them, and after they receive the shipment they will determine whether or not the pods are broken and if they determine that pods are broken they’d refund me. It just sounds super shady. I personally believe that they wouldn’t send me any refund but go ahead and resell these vapes (someone must have returned these already before I got them). And why would I pay for returning broken devices??Stay away from these people and rather order from the original Suorin manufacturer from China. These SuorinUSA scam is just that - the scam.
Stay da heck away from these scam artists, I had to make a claim with my CC to get my money back, they have no costumer support phone number which should be a red flag right away & they don't respond to emails, never shipped never responded 2 weeks after payment was completed it's a total scam!
