I ordered a case cover 12 days ago and it still has not arrived to me. I wished I just bought the case cover at the phone store as I only saved 5 dollars. The tracking info is also bad as it doesn’t give correct info. It originally said I would have received 3 days ago. Now it is in the next state and it doesn’t give me info on when I will receive it. Hope for waiting this long it arrives in good shape! Buy it at a store and save yourself some grief!! Lost customer in
I made a mistake when ordering two cases. Anna was extremely helpful in getting the cases changed out and new cases ordered. When the cases were held up in customs, Anna's response was clear and direct, explaining the situation. All responses to inquiries were made quickly and clearly.
