They send you an email once a day and use ridiculous excuses why it takes so long to close. Avoid this site at every cost. Everyone here gives 1 star for a reason and I wish I checked it before my first deposit.

Scam casino , they lying, dont pay out, as Everyone write.There is no verification needed, that says enough?Also their 18 sister casinos from NOVA FORGE, the same. The chat support are just slave robots with copy paste answers. Also i have muscles disease, i gave them prove.Very bad for me.They dont care. 🤷♂️I speak about only about 40€They can miss that.Real sadists....no other words for this.
Scam site. Had a couple wins earlier on and it was paid out. Deposited a bit of a bigger amount after gaining some trust (so I thought) but they kept the deposit and the withdrawals and put my account under review. Was told something different every time in chat. Withdrawals would be sent out and not to worry. Over 3 weeks later nothing and was told my account was closed with no possibility of reactivating it.Total scam site. 0 out of 5 stars. This site should be shut down ASAP.
It’s a worst of all time. Nither they will give your money nor they will close your account. I had a big winnings and then with complete verification and all haven’t got money back. That money goes on supabet account and keep bouncing. You won’t get much help from live chat. I was frustrated and email 1000000 times to close my account and no reply. They have poor responsible gambling service and no tools for responsible gambling.Totally bullshit.
I contacted support to permanently close my account. Instead of a clear, straightforward procedure, I was sent through repeated email confirmations and “verification” steps that don’t go anywhere. The replies are generic and the issue never gets properly handled, so the closure request remains unresolved.Bad customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Avoid if you expect basic account management to work.
