I deposited $130 and won on nov.7 and decided to withdraw. I checked with their customer service and they said I have to wait 3 business days for the payment process. After 5 days, I havent received my fund yet and I checked with them and they said it will process soon without any explanation. This site is untrusted don't play on this site
Fraudulent website. I joined and deposited €50. They took 55.50. I got on straight away and they said it was my bank as they have no fees. My bank naturally said nothing to do with them. No help from support. I also asked if they were affiliated with spin it (as they did the exact same thing taking more than deposit except they are using a legitimate computer sales company in Budapest). They won't give this information. As others have said i believe these people have many sites and are scammers and money laundering through various companies.
They claim to handle all withdrawals within 3 working days and they still havent paid me. im talking to support every day and they always make excuses and ignore my request to talk to someone whos responsible for payments or a manager.
Waiting days for my payout...5 days in, they say that its processed within 3 days. A week later and its still just sitting waiting to be processed. Was told on day 5 that it was in the last stage of processing. Day 7... still $#@!&* waiting.
I would give a minus 5 if I could. They are shysters for sure, I deposited and did the fifty free spins bonus..3x and the last time I messaged on live chat. Elektra apologized and said she added the spins. I trusted her and played my deposit then went to use my free spins. Shocker again no 50 free spins. Messaged live chat again and they told me I should not have played my deposit until I had my spins. Wow. Zane also told me not to threaten him. As I said I was going to report to the gaming authority. Wow unreal the kind of BS that is allowed. Do not use this site as it's fraudulent.
Its a SCAM Casino, they dont pay the withraws, always with excusses, the first time i talked with Chat they told me i Will receive on a certain day, Then i talked with another, he Said a differentt date, another he Didnt know any date, but all of Them Said the same, there Will BE some issues and the payment (that never arrive) Will BE delayed, and i ask why they know already it Will BE delayed, and they Said that they have to many requests.Is a Fraud and they are stealing people money, with families, but they dont care, they are just burgelars.Run away.
I deposited 400, turned it into nearly 1100 and never got my moneyWhen you withdraw it says unexpected error occured.Their support paste the same statements about them truly caring, then they tell you that can't do anything and an email will be coming.I'm never going to get my money.
