Avoid. Takes about 4 weeks to get your winnings, if you're lucky. Spoke to customer care everyday and they keep giving poor excuses about why it takes soo long to transfer to my bank account. Once they said about their terms and conditions saying they have the right to do basically whatever they want.
I just won R5000 and uploaded my fica documents and a selfie verification but I am still not able to withdraw my money I'm starting to believe that this site is a scam and should not be trusted and due to the other reviews it is and should be enough evidence to run a court case against whoever is running this site they should be locked away for scamming and fraud
Took money from me and closed my account without telling me why. They closed my account as soon as I asked where my missing deposits were. Still have not replied to me nor returned my money. Update April 25. They have accepted a total of $900 in e-transfers that they’ve never credited to my casino account. They blocked me as soon as I inquired about the funds. Now they won’t reply. They are CROOKS!!! I filed a complaint with their licensing entity. Hopefully they have some integrity.

Supabet is no longer processing withdrawals! After receiving one withdrawal in mid-March 2025, they have stopped processing them altogether. It's not personal; I have been assured that my documents are in order, and I have already received one successful withdrawal. However, my most recent withdrawal attempt has been "processing" for two weeks now, with no clear sign that it ever will. The accounting department is swamped with requests, and I suspect that they are going bankrupt.
