A bad company that has great potential of being one the best. They need to work on their customer service, I needed help, and agents would join the chat after a long time of waiting and then leave you hanging without actually helping you. Also, you need to update the conditions of the R50 bonus bet and make them fair, your website says you need to bet a minimum of 2.00 odds but it's actually 3 odds from a single bet as you don't allow multiple bets, it's difficult finding a game that will give you a 3 odds market. In most cases, it's usually games that will surely lose that give a minimum of 3 odds. I gave it 2 stars for how fast they processed my withdrawal after spending days trying to get help. I guess I bothered them until they decided to finally help me.
I think supabets have the best interface with regards to last minute bets , i have not found an easier sports betting site ever. I would of given them 5 stars but unfortunately they dont deliver on their 10% gashback with regards to loosing sports bets over an seven day period...sad actually because its like less than
This is a fraudulent company stealing money from ordinary people (by phishing their bank accounts). I considerably understand they do money laundry and send fake accounts for stealing money from people online. I have been the victim of internet phishing from this company on 12/03/2022. Two illegal transactions were recorded on my credit card, to an overall worth of about $700 AU. I was selling stuff in GUMTREE while becoming the subject of fishing from one of their fake accounts. They also steal information from my other bank accounts. These people must be prosecuted and sanctioned.
