Bootlegged and over priced.
They attend mcm comic con each year and prices and quality of merch is a joke for bootlegged plushies. Tried to sell me a pikachu plush telling me it was from Nintendo when it clearly wasn’t. Price of stuff online shop is double RRP. At one point they were selling a Sephiroth bust for £60 when even square enix was asking £40. My advice is to avoid. Do not trust. To many fake goods in their shop and on the stalls at conventions.

Bought some Christmas presents online from here. I bought a bunch of Japanese snacks and some cards and they came quickly and just as described. I was so pleased I made another order for more goodies - some more snacks and a couple gundam figures. They came quickly (even tho it was peak holiday season) and when I had a question about my delivery and customer service got back VERY quickly. Very pleased with my purchases :)
GLASGOW Lovely lady with the hello kitty beanie gave me some super useful knowledge on the sanrio collectable blind bag I got which would help me if I decide to collect them all, she didnt need to tell me as I never asked- Simply out of kindness. The shop feels super welcoming unlike other anime/nerd themed stores in the area.
This shop refuses to donate toys to a terminally ill child in Glasgow - the same city they have a shop-through the Make a Wish foundation. Even though we are a loyal customers. They even said it was 'disgusting' to even ask them.Refuse to give them your business in return.
Went to the Sidcup branch, and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Bought 3 different mangas in there and had a long chat with them about anime. Found out they're a lover of the same vocaloid character as me, which is Gakupo. I unfortunately didn't get their names aside from Zoe (I think?) who had these super cool piercings like mine and a really cute girl with blonde hair who was also working the same day. Couldn't recommend this store enough. It's just the right size for those who are very antisocial. Will definitely be visiting again and getting that Madoka figure!!
