Disappointing Experience with Shipping

I placed my first order with express shipping, yet it took 8 days despite the high shipping cost—this feels like false advertising. For my second order, which I placed on December 12/25, I still have not received anything. It was supposedly delivered, but it never arrived at my home. The support team was unhelpful in locating it and seemed to disregard my situation. I've lost $400 and won't be doing business with this company again—they seem more interested in getting your money than actually delivering.
