A help-desk that does not help nor answer. Being a loyal member since June 3rd 2025, I soon upgraded to "gold" as my "mobile verification" was done in a few days. Ready to take out my first "salary", I had to sent their own form as well as 3 other quite private documents. (Where do they need my home address for? A visit?). This proces has been repeated at least 4 times now! I hope they at least transfer my investment into my account again (retirement money). Will they be that honest & fair.....?
Star Clicks is a complete joke. I’ve submitted my documents THREE times over 1.5 years, and guess what? Not a single response, not a single payout, not even a basic “we’re reviewing your account.” They keep your account stuck in “Under Review,” block your access, and ignore every email and ticket. Their so-called support is a ghost—no answers, no updates, just endless silence. After all this time and effort, I feel completely scammed and disrespected. Save your time and money; this platform is nothing but a scam that preys on honest users. I’ll never recommend Star Clicks to anyone—total waste of time and energy.
I have been a member of Star Clicks for several months; however, my payment has remained pending since January 2025. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution.This prolonged delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional and raise serious doubts about the platform’s credibility and commitment to paying its users. I urge Star Clicks to address outstanding payments promptly and improve transparency in their operations. Until this issue is resolved, I would advise potential users to proceed with caution.
